Deepa and Shalini scared everyone at the reception when they realised it was "me" who was standing in front of them. Lolita was taken aback and how! It took her some moments to gather that I was "Snehal." She then allowed me to just about stand at the door of my floor and surprise everyone....and my GODs!!!!!!!!!! They made me feel like a celebrity!
Before I could realise Yogi jumped out of her desk and came running to me. It was nice Giving you a warm hug VAR, felt like meeting myself after ages.....Life is after all not so happening...so much work, so many deadlines...so many "OTHERS" to fulfill...so much of the family waiting for us....
At the end of everything, the "I" suffers...and for people who have been touched by love...the "We" suffers........The greatest defeat....nothing can fill up the time that was supposed to be spent together...not even appreciation from Neo....i would prefer to hear abuses from him and run out of the office to meet "Him"....well.....to each his own. No compulsion here to agree with me.
I felt like a celebrity today....Yogi, Richa, Benji, Omkar, Alka, Suja, Namita, Shalini, Shweta, Natasha....It was soooooooooo good to see you. Now this is what I call a Happy Diwali.
